CANI Long-Range Goals

1. Develop self-sufficiency related training programs and integrate training into all CANI services.
2. Increase formal partnerships with other organizations to expand the variety of services to families and complete the spectrum of services needed for families to achieve self-sufficiency.
3. Develop additional services as needed in our community to eliminate causes and conditions of poverty, and increase CANI's role in community development activities in Fort Wayne and throughout northeast Indiana.
4. Increase public awareness of poverty and CANI's mission, and increase promotion of CANI's leading role and accomplishments in eliminating poverty in northeast Indiana.
5. Develop new revenue sources through a comprehensive development program and social entrepreneurship activities, which will provide CANI the ability to accomplish its goals above.
